Senior Alert Scheme promotion all week in CDP Office.
Drop in the CDP office in St Finbarrs GAA Club, to find out about the Senior Alerts scheme Pendent Alarms. The government sponsored scheme funds the purchase and the insulation of Pendent Alarms to Senior Citizens in the Cabra area over the age of 65.The pendent alarm is a simple button that can save lives in case of emergency, in the event of an accident or during a moment of concern, the button offers assistance 24 hrs. a day.

Cabra CDP –New name –An Siol CDP –Cabra Office.
Cabra CDP have been working with the Cabra community over the last 10 years have worked on developing many community initiatives that help promote positive ageing strategies and improved social inclusion.
The project has now come under the wing of An Siol CDP, who has a long history of community work within the Manor St /Stone batter area, the advantage of Cabra CDP merging with An Siol is that it will help Cabra retain its community development project.
